Love is completely and utterly overrated.

As children we plan our weddings, futures and most of all meeting prince charming, we watch all these films about 'true love' and they bring high expectations to our lives, so we sit around and expect every guy we come across to be our prince. However in all honesty Prince Charming doesn't exist, we need to stop waiting for boys to be overly romantic, this isn't a fairytale, or a 1980's movie, it never will be, truth is, true love doesn't exist... We find people who make us laugh and smile and most of all happy, but happiness doesn't last forever; forever is a long time and inevitability is always around the corner, the inevitability being that, bad things always happen to good people, put you're trust in someone and they eventually break that trust, give your entire heart away, and you get it back shattered to pieces, thats even if you get it back. So just make sure that if you love someone don't love them completely, keep certain bits of yourself to yourself.

You're Beautiful, Everything about YOU is Beautiful...
  1. Your Mother didn't spend 9 months forming your body inside of her just so you could hate and destroy it.
  2. You are who you are, embrace it.
  3. No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying.
  4. Trying to be someone else is a waste of the person you are.
  5. Be happy.  Be yourself.  If others don’t like it, then let them be.  Happiness is a choice.  Life isn’t about pleasing everybody.
  6. Look in the mirror everyday and tell yourself  one thing you love about yourself. Do this for every single day of your life!
  7. Love yourself because, as Martin Luther King, Jr. said, "Hate is too great of a burden to bear."
  8. You have been blessed with the skin you're in, so wear it comfortably.
  9. You're strong. You've weathered the storms. You've come out alive. You're one powerhouse of a human being.
  10. It is much easier and less complicated to make yourself the priority
  11. For those of you who get up to face the struggle of the day. You are unbelievably strong. hold on to that.
